Carol Bradley, LMT
Carol has been a fulltime practicing massage therapist since 1993 when she became certified by the American Massage Therapy Association and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. She has continuously maintained a private practice in Forty Fort in addition to being employed in various settings which include chiropractic offices, health clubs, spas and yoga studios over the past 21 years. Carol also maintains a PA License as an esthetician.
Carol studied the original Ingham Method of Reflexology under Mae Post in 1977 before Ms. Post's retirement. This early exposure inspired Carol's interest in the healing arts. After raising her four children she received Basic and Advanced Certification in Swedish massage with Sister Rosellen Li, was trained in Paul St. John Neuromuscular Therapy, studied Shiatsu with Sam Kupetsky and workshops in various modalities with Dr. Carolyn Myss, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Frederick, Dr. Joan Borysenko, Marianne Williamson, and others.
Carol combines Swedish massage with Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release.
Joe Conniff, LMT
Joe attended PA school of Muscle Therapy, King of Prussia, PA., and became certified in Therapeutic Massage on August 18, 1993.
Since that time he as taken several continuing education courses on massage and bodywork in an effort to expand his skills and remain current on new modalities as they arise.
He incorporates several modalities into each session such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Sports Massage Techniques.
In August 2011, Joe became a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner by completing the Kinesio Taping Program provided by the Kinesio Taping International Association.
In July 2013, he became certified in Massage Cupping by completing the Level 1 course through the ACE Massage Cupping Workshop TM level I and on May 15, 2014 he became certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Joe is also a self defense instructor holding a 3rd degree black belt in the martial art of Hapkido.
